Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
All in-stock orders placed before 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ship the same day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and available destinations are calculated at checkout.
Shipping charges are based on the delivery service selected during checkout.
Some countries may charge additional:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Tariffs
- Taxes
KARRICA is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional international fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are advised to check with their local customs authority before purchasing if they are concerned about additional fees.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, customers should review the shipping window shown in the product description before completing their purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
If an address is incorrect, the customer must contact KARRICA before 5 PM on the same day the order was placed.
Requests received after 5 PM may not be processed before shipment.
KARRICA is not responsible for orders that are lost or missing due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
KARRICA is also not responsible for items lost by the shipping carrier or for customs and duty charges.
